RUBC Christmas racing and new boat launching December 2005
| The last wednesday of the 2005 autumn term saw the launching of our new launch that was donated by "the Friends of the University". Around 40 RUBC students were joined by several of the friends including the chairman Andrew Palmer, as well as staff from the University and the President of the Students Union and the VP sports. The new launch will greatly improve safety and the ability to coach RUBC crews. | ||
| The afternoons racing allowed the guests to see some of the University crews and involved everyone racing in mixed 8's. The mulled wine helped keep the crowds warm. | ||
